Superb candidate with extensive knowledge of printer products, covering kiosk printers, thermal mechanisms, panel printers, POS printers. His specialist knowledge is the kiosk printer market. He has also worked with displays, magnetic stripe and chip cards; bar code readers and other complementary peripherals found in printer markets. This talented candidate is comfortable with the content of technical manuals and with providing first line support to technical customers. Whilst not a software engineer, he does have the ability to write short programs to confirm correct operation of various printer functions. He enjoys working with customers to solve their technical issues. Particularly closing significant orders as a result of relationships formed during the sales process and continuing those relationships on a long term basis to secure on going business. This methodical candidate has a good reputation and is well respected by his customers. Very self motivated and takes huge pride in his work. Having worked in a management role he understands the requirements of a profitable business. He expects to calculate and control gross margin as part of commercial negotiations. A real superstar.
