We work very closely with our Clients from the start, through every step of the way until the assignment is complete. To help establish solid long-term relationships and to ensure we match the best people for our Clients business we find it imperative to understand clients’ strategies and objectives. For every assignment we would require a full briefing, a comprehensive job specification (we can assist with this) and a detailed intake call with the hiring manager, to fully understand the scope of your requirements, any challenges you are facing and to ensure the best cultural fit.
All candidates are fully screened and matched against suitable vacancies and we believe in a transparent, open approach. We openly talk through candidate’s details with our Clients, highlighting strengths and weaknesses against the vacancy and we offer help and support throughout the interviewing process. In most cases we are active in the negotiation process and assisting the candidates through what can be a difficult time when breaking old relationships, particularly in a competitive situation.
